This Privacy Policy explains how Verified Clean AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service. This page is maintained by the operator of Verified Clean AI and describes current app-visible practices.

• Account data: name, email, company name, role.
• Property & inspection data: addresses, room details, checklists, notes.
• Media: photos and videos uploaded for inspections, including close-up video scans used for AI-assisted quality analysis.
• Billing data: plan, subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• Usage data: log records, error events, feature interactions used to operate and improve the service.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have authorization to upload property information, photos, videos, and other content submitted through the Service.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Run AI-assisted analysis on photos and videos to generate inspection findings; these findings are designed to assist customers in identifying potential issues and should be reviewed by authorized personnel before operational decisions.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send transactional email (invites, receipts, inspection notifications, security alerts).
• Prevent abuse, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train third-party AI models.

4. Legal Bases (EEA / UK)

We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as securing and improving the service. Where required, we ask for your consent.

5. Sharing & Subprocessors

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform:

• Supabase — database, authentication, storage.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google Gemini / OpenAI (via Lovable AI Gateway) — AI inference on inspection photos and videos.
• Mailgun (via Lovable Email) — email delivery from notify.verifiedcleanai.com.

We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and inspection data for as long as your account is active. After account termination, data is kept for up to 30 days for export, then deleted. Billing records are retained as required by tax and accounting law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, row-level security on the database, role-based access, and access logging. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to admin@verifiedcleanai.com.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Export your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
